    Warwick Music is one of the world's largest brass and wind publishing companies with over 1500 products.

  2. Where are you located?
    Warwick Music is located in Coventry, England which is situated right in the centre of the country.

  3. How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is FREE worldwide when you pay with a valid credit/debit card so the price you see is the price you pay - there are NO hidden costs.

  4. How are my items shipped?
    The greatest care and attention is taken when handling and sending the items to ensure that no damage is caused to the goods. Orders are shipped 2nd Class Mail within the UK and Airmail for Europe and Overseas.

  5. How long will it take to deliver?
    Delivery times are often quicker, but please allow:
    • 2 - 4 days for UK
    • 5 - 7 days for Europe
    • 7 - 14 days for International
    Most orders are generally shipped within one working day of receipt of order

  6. Can we visit and browse your catalogue?
    We welcome visitors to our offices, but we do not have a storefront, so please call ahead to make a viewing appointment. Our office hours are 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

  7. Will I be charged VAT or Sales Tax?
    As Warwick Music is based in the United Kingdom, we must charge Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 20% on all orders shipped within the United Kingdom and European Community (EC). The prices will automatically include VAT, or not, depending on your delivery address. To comply with tax regulations, we can only ship to the country specified when you placed your order.

    We do not need to charge VAT or Sales Tax on any orders shipped outside of the EC. Countries where we must charge VAT are Austria (including Jungholtz and Mittelberg), Belgium, Cyprus (Southern), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco and Corsica), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (including Sardinia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (including Madeira and the Azores), Spain (including the Balearic Islands Majorca, Ibiza & Menorca), Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

  8. How can I pay?
    Warwick Music uses SagePay as its secure payment processor. Payment must be made before orders are shipped. We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard

  9. What currency am I charged in?
    We currently offer 4 currencies - Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, Japanese Yen and Euros. Your currency selection is automatic based on country selection, however, you can also choose whether you wish to pay in Pounds, Dollars, Yen or Euros when you checkout.

    Your card is then charged in the actual currency you select - therefore you do NOT have to pay expensive credit card surcharges for paying in a foreign currency. i.e. if the price is $50, you are charged $50 in dollars!

  10. Do I need to have "cookies" enabled?
    We do use cookies on this site to retain your country information between visits, however you do NOT need to have cookies enabled to browse our site unless you intend to shop at Warwick Music

  11. Why does the price vary by country?
    All our prices listed on the site are inclusive of any taxes and shipping. Therefore, the price you see if the price you pay - there are NO hidden costs. As goods are shipped from within Europe, we must charge VAT (Value Added Tax) at 20% within the UK and Europe. For other countries, we are able to ship items without charging VAT and therefore, the price is lower.

    To comply with tax regulations, we can only ship to the country specified when you placed your order.

  12. What about import duties?
    You are liable for any import duties or taxes in your own country. In most cases, the goods will be exempt of import duty because the value of the goods does not exceed customs limits. Please check with your own Customs department.

  13. What about back orders or out of stock items?
    If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

  14. What about refunds or returns?
    Every effort is made to send shipments securely and safely. Refunds will only be given on damaged goods when notified within 7 days of receipt. You have the right to cancel your order and return goods (at your expense) under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 within 7 days of receipt as detailed in our Terms and Conditions of sale.
